The roles of the seven husbands in this movie are played by Naseeruddin Shah, Irfan Khan, John Abraham, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Anu Kapoor, Vivan Shah (son of Naseeruddin Shah) and the actor from Russia –  Aleksandr Dyachenko. Ruskin Bond is also making an appearance in the film.

Saat Khoon Maaf Story is about the Anglo-Indian woman who kills all her seven husbands and about the way how she handles the entire situation. She will play all stages of woman’s life from age 18-65 years in her seven roles in the film. According to Priyanka Chopra, her role in the movie is very complex, challenging and unique and so, she was scared of taking this role.

This is her 3rd negative role after the movies Yakeen and Aitraaz. Her last negative role in Aitraaz won her wide acclaim and numerous awards and she would like to continue the streak with 7 khoon Maaf.

Songs of Saat Khoon Maaf are already very popular especially the track “ Darling“ sung by Usha Uthup & Rekha Bhardwaj.
